Yoga props are commonly used in restful, restorative Asanas and help support the body in a variety of positions so that the nervous system can release tension. Through this support the opportunity to be present in each moment increases. It is important that the props are sturdy and firm enough to support your body weight. The following places supply a range of yoga props from mats, blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets and more. If you are ready to purchase your props, as a starting point we recommend: 1 sticky mat, 1 bolster, 2 blocks, 2 blankets and a D-ring belt.
