 Private Yoga Tuition And Yoga Therapy

Although we do provide group lessons, we mainly specialise in one-to-one yoga practices that are personalised to suit your specific needs. These therapeutic sessions are created with your circumstance in mind so that you can practice in the privacy of your own home.  We highly recommended this service for anyone who wishes to go beyond the possibilities offered in a group class. Private yoga tuition is offered by appointment only. You may wish to consider a one-to-one yoga consultation if you have special health requirements that could benefit from a focussed yoga program designed for your unique needs.

Fully Personalised Yoga Sessions

Yoga is not a "one size fits all” activity and at Anam Yoga, we believe that it should be adapted to the individual, not the other way around. The most obvious benefit of one-to-one yoga tuition is that it takes into account specific physical and lifestyle factors. These factors include your age, strength, flexibility, past/present injuries, health conditions, life circumstances and goals or aspirations. After consultation with you we create a personalised yoga program. Your yoga practice can then be performed anywhere. You may wish to consider a consultation if:
  • You would like to do a small practice regularly at home (whether you attend classes or not)
  • You are waiting to join a class and would like to start a practice while you wait for a space to open up
  • You simply struggle to attend classes regularly due to travel, family or work commitments, but would like a short practice that you could do at home or on your travels
  • You have special health requirements that would benefit by a focussed yoga program for your unique needs
  • You wish to deepen your own yoga awareness and understanding
