This includes age, strength, flexibility, specific injuries or health conditions, life circumstances, along with your goals and aspirations. After consultation with you, we create a personalised Yoga practice which is specifically designed for you and modified as your circumstances change. Your Yoga practice can then be done in the comfort of your own home, or even in holiday accommodation if you are travelling.
