Yoga Philosophy These discussion-based classes will explore the ancient teachings of Yoga, particularly the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, who - in 196 aphorisms - describes what Yoga really is, how to achieve a state of Yoga, and outlines all the obstacles that take us away from this state. Along with discussion, we'll also learn to chant the Sutras. (Dates/times for 2010 to be determined). |
