Individual or private yoga tuition is by appointment only.  Private tuition is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to go beyond the possibilities offered in a group class.  Refer to Classes for more details.

Stretch, breath and energise your day with flowing movements and breath awareness.  A stronger class ideal for those with previous yoga experience.

General
A general flowing class, suitable for most students.

Nourishing the Physical
A therapeutic class to explore a range of yoga postures according to your needs, linking movement with breath awareness to deepen your sense of self-awareness.  Ideal for beginners and those recovering from injury or illness.

Release & Unwind
Release the stress of your day, regain balance & focus, nurture & soothe your well-being with yoga postures, breathing & relaxation techniques.  Ideal for beginners and those recovering from injury or illness.

Meditation
Learn meditation skills for a calm, clear and observant mind.  In this class we'll explore a variety of useful, practical & relevant meditation techniques for ordinary people.  (Dates/times for 2010 to be determined)

Yoga Philosophy
These discussion-based classes will explore the ancient teachings of Yoga, particularly the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, who - in 196 aphorisms - describes what Yoga really is, how to achieve a state of Yoga, and outlines all the obstacles that take us away from this state.  Along with discussion, we'll also learn to chant the Sutras.  (Dates/times for 2010 to be determined).
