2012 GROUP CLASS TIMETABLE

Group classes in Newcastle, NSW are usually run as 4 or 5-week blocks, throughout school terms only.  

As class numbers are limited, bookings are required for all classes.  Waitlists apply to classes which are fully booked.


Full payment required at time of booking 
to secure your place in class. 

No refunds for missed classes. 
However a "make-up" class can be done,
 if space is available in another class during that term

Early Morning Yoga

An early morning class to awaken body, mind & spirit for the day ahead.

General
A general flowing class incorporating yoga postures, breath awareness, relaxation & meditation, suitable for most students.

Nourishing the Physical
Explore a range of yoga postures according to your needs, linking movement with breath awareness to deepen your sense of self-awareness.  Ideal for beginners and those recovering from injury or illness.

Release & Unwind
Release the stress of your day, regain balance & focus, nurture & soothe your well-being with yoga postures, breathing & relaxation techniques.  Ideal for beginners, and those who prefer to move at a slower pace.

Yoga for Wellness
This therapeutic class will be ideal for you if you require help with back care; have problematic joints such as shoulders or knees; or are recovering from injury, surgery or illness.   

Yogic tools, such as breath & gentle movement awareness, relaxation & meditation techniques are offered in a therapeutic manner to help you return towards "Wellness".
