SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Group classes include a variety of classic postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Both dynamic and static movements are performed with emphasis placed on awareness of the breath and coordinating breath with movement.
The practices are adapted to suit each individual's circumstances and needs, and students are encouraged to work to their own capacity.
By personalising the classes there will be occasions when some or all students will be doing a different practice to others in the class. Practicing in this way not only accommodates your specific needs on the day, it also helps you to create amazing focus and concentration allowing you to deepen your own yoga experience.
All classes are kept small, therefore bookings are essential to ensure there is a place for you in the class you would like to attend. Please refer to Timetable for more information on class times.
