During 2010 Cari will be running a series of Yoga Philosophy & Rejuvenation Workshops.
The Yoga Philosophy Workshops are an ideal way to deepen your understanding of Yoga. Each workshop will explore a topic taken from one of the ancient texts - "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali". Sri Patanjali is credited with systematising the teachings of Yoga thousands of years ago. These teachings are still very relevant to our life styles today.
The Rejuvenation Workshops are designed for you to take time out of your busy year to relax, renew & rejuvenate your energy. You'll be guided through a series of supported and soothing yoga poses, incorporating breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to help combat the effects of stressful living.
This year the workshops will be held at:
The Meeting Room, Belmont Library, 19 Ernest Street, Belmont
Due to limited spaces all workshops must be pre-booked and paid. Make contact directly with Cari to participate in one or both of the workshops.
