Anam (pronounced Ah-nam) is Celtic for "soul". At Anam Yoga an arrangement of ancient yogic healing techniques are utilised to nourish your body and mind. These techniques may include movement, breath awareness, sound, visualisation, relaxation and meditation. We aim to help you improve your overall wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment adapting the teachings to suit your unique needs.
